Terms of Service

Effective: May 3, 2026

By using LLOAA at lloaa.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. LLOAA is operated by BBH99 ("we", "us").

1. The service

LLOAA generates short fictional stories and personal-style letters using AI, based on vocabulary words and inputs you provide. The service is currently in beta โ€” features may change, behavior may shift, and we make no service-level guarantees during this period.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will never ask for it via email or chat.
  • Your display name must not impersonate another person or organization, contain harassment or hateful content, or violate anyone's rights.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LLOAA to:

  • Generate content that targets, harasses, or threatens individuals.
  • Generate sexual content involving minors. This results in immediate termination.
  • Generate illegal content.
  • Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the API outside the intended UI.
  • Misrepresent generated content as authentic correspondence from a real person, especially public figures. Letters to public figures are watermarked as fan letters; do not remove or obscure the watermark.

4. Generated content

Subject to Anthropic's API terms (which govern the underlying AI), the stories and letters you generate are yours to use, share, and store. You are responsible for what you do with them โ€” including any consequences of sharing them publicly or sending them to a recipient.

We reserve the right to display generated content on public reader pages with stable URLs so that share links function. If you want a generation removed, contact us.

5. Free tier and limits

LLOAA is free during the beta. Anonymous users get 3 free generations plus 1 additional generation per unique share, capped at 8 total. Signed-up users get 10 generations per day, resetting at midnight Korea Standard Time. We may change these limits as we learn how the product is used.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee that any specific generation will succeed, that any output is accurate, or that the Service will be available at any given time.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your account information and generations within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLOAA, BBH99, and our processors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is currently zero) or 100,000 KRW.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
